When was the last time you laughed till you cried?

Emotional Health is that part of you that creates a smile from within; for example, things might feel difficult, yet you still know you are a person of value, and you recognise the importance and the beauty of that. This is so imprtant, and Health and Wellbeing is fundamental to my work.

Yet, of course, that inner smile isn’t always easy to access. Life doesn’t always feel that way, because, at times, you might feel you’ve somehow shifted into a space that doesn’t match with who you know you are, or things you’re going through might generally be quite tough.  You may start to feel you’re not really living your own life; you might well feel you’re not reaching your potential. 

It can certainly seem that way if you’re coasting in a job you don’t enjoy, for example; or if your weight’s an issue. Sometimes, you might feel you’re making in-roads to a direction you hadn’t planned, and that you don’t really want. Focusing on your own health and wellbeing can sometimes seem far from reach. Yet Life Coaching and Emotional Freedom Technique can help with this.

This can include identifying goals you recognise are important to your life, as well as re-setting and finding achievable ways to reach those goals; looking at ways that work for you. After all, the best place to be is in control of your own life.
