Relevant information during and for the purpose of working together
Notes will be taken for each session, that are relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purpose of our coaching sessions and their forward progression. These notes are confidential and will be stored in a secure location. This will be a locked cabinet for manually written information, processing, and contact details; and/or on a password-protected computer; and/or on a pin-protected phone, for contact details or text/WhatsApp messages exchanged between us – with up-to-date anti-virus and malware protection for all electronically processed information and contact details.
We will not process this information for any further reason without your express written consent.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
